Everything is good about this hotel. Excellent service from the manager, receptionist, the bar tender. They are very accommodating and helpful. It makes my trip very memorable. No comment and worth every penny.

This hotel is a true oasis in Siem Reap. Very friendly and helpful staff. Elegant decoration from the reception to the bar, and even details in the bathroom. The eggs Benedict for breakfast were like -oh my god- amazing. Cloudy pillows of flavor taking you up to heaven. 100% recommended!

We loved our stay! We extended our first stay and are soon going back again! Staff was super friendly always and informative if we had questions. Rooms are spacious. The common areas are kept very tidy and has very nice interior.

I had an excellent experience at Reservoir. The pool is lovely, and the staff are kind and helpful (you get a smile each time!). The rooms are intimate and are nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable, and the venue is very clean.

Had a great 2 week stay at Reservoir. The yoga classes were really great and wonderful community. The staff were super attentive and responsive. The food was very good and the rooms were quite comfortable. The WiFi was very strong, from anywhere in the hotel, including room.

I love this hotel. Great location close to the town centre. The hotel is quite new. The room is well designed. They have a restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The food was very good. The staff were really great. They are so nice, friendly and always corteous. I would highly recommend this place.
